General Terms and Conditions for Courses

Terms:

By registering for a Piranha Training Course, customer agrees to the following: Assumption of Risk: All customer personnel will remain under the liability of their employer during all facets of training, except to the extent of Piranha Training’s gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Safety Compliance: Piranha Training personnel agree to comply with all posted signs, safety briefings, and instructions from authorized personnel, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, and shall be responsible for ensuring their personnel are appropriately trained and qualified for the services provided.

Release of Liability: All registered customers hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Piranha Training, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to the training activities except to the extent arising from Piranha Training’s gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

In no event shall either party be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of Likeness Release: Piranha Training and its representatives shall have the right to photograph, film, or otherwise capture images, voices, or likenesses during the training for purposes of internal documentation, training only. Any external or promotional use (including social media or marketing) shall require Customer’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.
